DELIVERY INFORMATION & TERMS

  1. We offer FREE next working day delivery for Mainland UK only on orders over £60.00. Orders under £60.00 are subject to a delivery charge of £6.50.

  2. If your delivery destination is within the UK but not on the Mainland, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.

  3. Our daily cut-off time for dispatch is 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

  4. We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. Any order placed on a Friday before 3:00 pm will be delivered on Monday, unless prior arrangements are made with our sales team at an additional cost.

  5. To keep delivery charges to a minimum, our couriers do not make deliveries on Bank Holidays.

  6. If an order has already been dispatched and the customer chooses to cancel it, the customer will be liable for any return costs charged by the courier. Depending on the size and weight of the order, return costs can vary significantly, ranging from a minimum of £17 to over £200 for extremely large orders. Please consider this before placing an order.

  7. We acknowledge that minor wear and tear may occasionally occur during courier handling. We are not liable to replace or refund items unless they are deemed not fit for purpose (i.e. unable to carry or hold items as intended) following quality control assessment. This also applies to our wardrobe boxes, which may sometimes experience minor edge tearing during the packaging process due to courier size restrictions. These boxes have been thoroughly tested and remain fit for purpose. We recommend assembling the box and securing it with tape as normal before contacting us.

  8. If a delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available at the delivery address, and the customer does not respond to the courier’s “Please get in touch with us” card, the order will be returned to us and a return charge will be incurred. Should the customer request re-delivery, a £17.00 charge will apply to cover return costs and additional administration. In these circumstances, a refund of the order value will not be issued.

  9. Some product images on our website are for display purposes only. A full list of items included in each kit is clearly stated in the product description. Please review the product description carefully before ordering, as we will only supply items listed in the inventory.
